We install 2 types of commercial or low slope roofs.

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO)

TPO is installed over ISO insulation and is extremely energy efficient. The seams are heat welded providing a water proof seal. TPO can be fully adhered to the ISO or mechanically attached with screws and plates. TPO is becoming very popular in West Texas and C&D is one of only a handful of companies that can install this type of roof.

Modified Bitumen

Modified Bitumen is an asphalt-based material designed for buildings with low-slope structures. It is considered to be one the most durable commercial roofing systems on the market.

A modified bitumen roof system can appear as either a single-ply or multi-ply system. These systems have proven to be solid for commercial and industrial properties. Modified bitumen is a hybrid of sorts, featuring a variety of applications methods and several surfacing options with a mineral surface laid in bitumen or a liquid coating. It is a strong, flexible membrane that assists in heat and ultraviolet ray resistance.
